About Our Troop

Troop 176 has been active since 1921. We meet weekly on Wednesday evenings and have lots of activities throughout the year. During the past year, we have had camping trips to Assateague Island and along the Appalachian trail, a canoe trip on the Delaware River, a bike trip, a ski trip and a great week at Resica Falls Summer Camp.

Troop 176 is a great group. We look out for each other, and everyone else. We learn about knots, camping, other survival skills, and the importance of community service. The camping trips are really fun.

We are particularly proud of the 34 Scouts from Troop 176 who have achieved the rank of Eagle since 2000 and of our first aid team that won the council first aid competition for 2013.

Meetings: Wednesdays, 7:30-9:00pm (We meet weekly, except in August)
